Everything is soooo easy in hindsight isn't it.

So why are managers paid big bucks then ?
Is it to make decisions like employing F/O's with a colour deficiencies ? Or perhaps it is to squeeze every last drop of hours out of the legal system until there's an accident like this.
I bet the word's "but it is legal" were mentioned at some stage or another.
Perhaps they should have refused to fly due to fatigue - then they could have been said to have made a professional decision to justify there 'rather big bucks', of-course I'm sure they would have been totally supported by the management for making this decision - Right ?
