Look at this way too... FI rating at about £5000 say. Thats potentially hundreds of hours of P1 time. If you were to hour build you may be lucky to get 50 hours with not much change. Trying to get into corporate is tricky, especially with low hours - you will fall foul of the CAA 700 hrs min to even fly a seneca on public transport (however if you can get a job doing the old traffic reports - VFR work - the CAA wil allow this with low hours guys).
