We have most captains expatriates in Middle East! We have no restrictions for any foreigners to work.
I do not understand your statements that you have

I am a humble man and willing to work for less if it is necessary.
My FAA license is valid and perfectly good for validation in any country in this planet. If I need later sit few exams for local license I have no problem with that either.
I was expecting more professional advise and promising news from you than constant cry that you have no jobs and no this or that....
