First of all, you can not get a permanent residence permit until after you have completed an introductory course, passed a Danish language test and have live legally in the country for 7 years. Until then you can only get a temporary permit for maximum one year.
Secondly, it will take a minimum of 8 years before you can apply for a Danish passport, that is you are married, otherwise it is 9 years.
