Shouldn't we say "British Houmous is a subtle thing" or perhaps "Lebenase Houmous is a subtle thing"?
But then it doesn't tie up with
Mooney12's post and wit during interview.
As for being honest during an interview and not preparing for it, there is quite a gap.
