This is the fan, clutch, gearbox, shaft, roll posts and rear 3 bearing swivel duct. QuinetiQ have cornered the market on the flight control system thanks to VAAC. You are rightly concerned about the UK doing worthwhile hi-tech stuff - but the above is truly world class kit.
