As for loss of licence insurance (your current thread) I looked into it a while back. There were a few companies in the UK that would do it, and you were insured for so many times your yearly salary. So you might be insured for 3x your annual salary if you failed a medical, for example. I can't remember exactly who I rang, but try these:
