I thought your chaps had dumped a load of trainees some months ago, seem to recall there was quite a stink! Was it short-sighted? The close harmony between IAA and NATS seems to produce the same results on both sides of the water. By the way, the introduction of the new Shannon Centre has seen a most dramatic reduction in customer service delivery since Swanwick have been forbidden to offer direct routes to Oceanic Entry Points; by having to remain on the Upper Air Route we are often unable to allocate optimum levels, to say nothing of traffic-bunching and label overlap. [we do understand why.....I think the system must be related to ours].
