IT know-it-alls do tend to annoy mere humans. I asked one about the most cost effective way to install MS Office (legally) on a small computer network and was told "You don't want Office, you want (some weird geeky thing)". My reply was "Customer is king. Answer the bŁoody question or find someone who can!"
