Need advice
Hi
Currently I am employed by a flag carrier on the right seat.I got 5000 hrs on B737NGs.In my company upgrade to captain procedure is a little slow compared to others which means I have to remain on the right seat 5 years more.I am 30 now.
Which is the best idea getting the left seat in my company & look for a Direct Entry Cpt position or leave everything behind & search for a first officer position?( I am not quite happy with the salary,lifestyle...etc.But at least I am in my country.)
I need advice of the experienced expats....
