Shame about that but at least you confirmed my suspicions. Thought that maybe there was a slight chance some airlines when travelling into certain countries could wave the no visits rule but alas.......
Perhaps if my cousin was flying into Outer Mongolia in a Pickfords Van with wings then the powers that be might not be too concerned. I shall recommend.... err ......I mean, mention it to him.
