Dan, I don't have the numbers to hand, but I understand that most of those who left under redundancy or unpaid leave subsequently returned (many of those scheduled for redundancy never left). There are a significant minority that didn't, I know, but I believe that most did.
But I'm not going to rehash that unfortunate time here and now.
