Time to command - depends on a lot of factors, though it is probably safe to say it is going to get quite a bit longer than it is today as the fleet expansion slows.
Salaries - have a look at the website - it used to be osiris or something but believe that it might have changed - a search will find the current EBA.
the endorsement is NOT re-imbursed over 3 years though you get paid full tilt wages from day one with the company rather than a training wage.
you do - during this current eba -get a $15000 retention bonus (pro rata for F/O's) paid at the end of June each year. that will be rolled into the salary in the next eba apparantly.
a grey day is a day where you do not have to be contactable, and do NOT have to work if asked, but if you do work you get nothing for it. (strangely not too many people work on a grey day!)
A reserve day is where you HAVE to be contactable and if they get you they have got you - there is no option.
a day off (DDO) is as it sounds a day off. you don't have to be contactable. They can call you and ask you to work, you can say no - there is no obligation - but if you do you get paid PLUS another day off.
We also get a percentage payment at the end of the financial year if they meet their profit targets - it isn't huge but better than a poke in the eye with a blunt stick....
