Gossip it is...

John Bell is not the Chief Pilot. He is the Technical Pilot with the added role of recruitment, but Bill Hanton really pulls the strings, I suspect.

We have recently taken on a mix of OATs and more experienced FOs, but the present management think that low timers are likely to stay longer. Possibly. Maybe. Maybe not.

A hint. The most important factor in bmir hiring seems to be the ability to start immediately there is a requirement. i.e., no 3 months notice. (Heard said by the Head of Training.) The assumption is that if you have a licence and all the required boxes are ticked, you can fly or can be taught to fly.

LOST.
