Finished final interview at 31
I was picked up in HK after a year of waiting (thank you SARS and Mr. Bush!) for preliminary selection and did my final interview just last weekend. Due to a schedule clash I missed it in HK, so ended up showing my dedication by flying all the way to BKK. Now I'm waiting...waiting...waiting...for that phone call that could change my life.
I'm a tall handsome caucasian (if slightly immodest) straight, bilingual and well-travelled. However I am 31 in a few months and my age worries me. despite this I look a few years younger (no hard booze or smoking, quite athletic).
Do you think that if I made it as far as the final interview, then I'm the type of guy they're looking for despite my age?
