Similar amounts offerred by BA and LH when I was working in Germany BUT they
only offer them when they
know that I have appointments at the other end and cannot accept!
On the days that I had spare time and oferred VDB (Voluntary Denied Boarding) ... I never got off loaded. [We need a 'smiley' for "Grumble. Grumble."]
