I think it is VERY unlikely that Thomsonfly will open a base at MME. I would say if ANYTHING, it would be NCL, but I would be very surprised if even this happened.

I think Thomsonfly have their work cut out at DSA for the next 12 months.

There are still several airports with little or no based lo-co presence:

Aberdeen
Humberside
Blackpool
Norwich
Bournemouth
Jersey(european flights)

I can see markets at HUY, NWI and BOH and maybe some sort of reduced operation at ABZ and BLK. Although, the potential HUY market will be considerably less than it was before Thomsonfly at DSA was announced.

I would expect the likes of Flybe. to open further UK bases, and with no Flybe. flights from STN, NWI must be the prime candidate.
