Airlines

It seems as though the airlines of the world are in an endless state of confusion.

Management: Always receiving raises in excess of millions
Pilots: Now over worked and underpaid when compared to salaries of just 3 years ago.
Passengers: Fly freely around the world 24/7 for very little $.

Bring back regulation.

De regulation worked over the past 25 years and helped an industry to thrive. But now with all the competition, they under sell seats just to keep the logo's lit and wonder why they can't stay afloat.

Price a seat accordingly and manage the assets under the business model that has evolved, (i.e.Southwest)

As for the pilot group, we are always challenged by those many people wanting our jobs. They will work basically for free to get one. This keeps management happy, and an endless supply of idiots wanting to work for nothing.

Keeps the cost of the tickets down for passengers, and a increased supply of paycut $'s to fill the CEO's pocket.

What a profession
