Not normally on this forum, but have to let you know that there are several places doing all JAA training (ground and flight) in English:
your small neighbour, Ireland,
Sweden (that's what I heard from Swedish colleagues anyway),
Malta (not up to date wether they are JAR)
not sure about the Czech Republic.
all these places are also cheaper.
Do a few searches on Google...
