On another tack,What are the feelings about applase by the pax on landing?.I've been pax on many flights in africa where this seems to be customary.sounds like a good way of thanking the pilots (unless its some tribal ritual thanking the gods you're still alive)
never happened to me before (and not because of the quality of my landings,mind you!) but sounds like a good way to say thanks all the same?
