Helimovers
I've got a 206 on low skids that I move in and out of a hangar, that has limited clearance over the rotor head. And hangar doors that the machine just fits through with the handling wheels on. (over here, we'd call it a 'honeymoon fit'!).
So to save my back, I'm looking at buying a helimover, of the type that fits between the skids and lifts it up on the cross-tubes. I've been offered a 'Skypro HD4000' unit that seems to fit the bill: it looks very similar in concept to the Tug-a-lug units.
Anyone ever used one of these Skypro units?
