If you look at some earlier posts they were saying as soon as Finningly gets a Cat3 ILS all charter traffic would leave LBA all I was doing was pointing out that Airlines are gonna want to use Finningly coz they want to not coz it has a Cat3 ILS so I didnt actually say it had one..
