Zoner said but true. I understand Kalitta carries flight mech. on just about all their flights. Thus a PFE isn't really necessary. Regretable, but the demise of the PFE started in the 1960's with Eastern, TWA, National, PAA, and Northwest Airlines, for those of you that can remember that far back. All but one carrier has meet its demise. I guess somedays you have to accept the fact you are the Pigeon and somedays you are the statue.
