I currently work for a big airline having worked for a much smaller one, and I can assure you that
Thought BMED would be a bit smaller and could make friends and more social.
Is not
generally true. I mean that
maybe the atmosphere in BMed is more friendly (don' know anything about), but it sure doesn't depend on the size of the airline. It was not in my case, that is for sure. And remember that in a smallish, atmosphere
can become suffocating at times.
