Yes, I am wearing a golf-glove for t/off and landing because I feel the yoke on a A310 is too dam slippery. Luckily found out about that in the sim only.
So there is a reason for wearing a glove but why on earth are pilots wearing a tie in the cockpit? What is the rationale to volunteer your neck to a potentially deadly noose and why should that make you feel/look or work better?
So I say lets keep the gloves and let's loose the ties....
