I understand that having decided not to invest in the full cockpit upgrade for the Classics they will be replaced on a one for one basis as the 747-400SF come out of the hangar after the conversion. All rumors to the contrary, such as the Classic staying to 2009, are only disseminated to stop the natives becoming restless. If the Classics were going to be around for much longer, we, (like ANA) would have spent the money for the FULL upgrade, not just the ADI replacement.
