Yes it will show up on your CRB Disclosure if it is still applicable in terms of a driving ban.
Otherwise, you should still include it as a spent conviction on any job application form if you are requested to do so.
DUI is an extremely serious offence, but if you are honest and declare it, and it is a "spent" conviction, you should find that most employers will regard it as something that you sincerely regret and will never do again.
Failure to disclose if requested will eventually, and quite rightly, result, in the end of your career.
