Can someone please explain what is the point of the argument?
The responsibility for any alleged transgression lies with the pilot, not someone who saw the event and took a photo of it.
How is Autorotate supposed to know what is and isn't allowed?
If the aircraft has been damaged by the pilots actions, surely it is better that the action WAS in the public domain.
