List the pros and cons of the company you are in.
Then list the pros and cons of the new company (ppruners will help you with this!). But base it on facts you have not biased rumours.
Consider pay, base location, destinations, rosters, benefits, prospects, uniform, etc...
There was a reason you wanted to leave where you are, hence why you applied for another job in the first place. Bear that in mind. Those issues are unlikely to change in the near future.
If the new job will solve the negative issues you have with your current job, and not provide more problems or issues in your life, then go for it!
BMed in my opinion is professional and well structured with a good reputation. They will still be there in a year if you want to hang about and see how it goes where you are.
