If you are using a Canon, the File Browser Utility will always give you that detail - even after you have tinkered - it may not show the Image but it will show your ref: no. so as long as you know that detail, there is no problem.
......oh, you use a Nikon - sorry, no idea!
CP - I think I'm getting the hang of this. After posting, I was deleting pics from Photobucket so I don't consume too much capacity there. But oh dear, if its not there, it vanishes off pprune....I'm learning all the time
