Does anyone have more info about City Jet?

I have a interview coming up and I am wondering about;

-Schedules? (I mean time off)

-Do they accept direct entry Captains?

-If yes, what is the salary, according to PPJN E 51.000 a year, is
this correct? and what about sector pay.
