Doesn't the law state as it is at the moment, no turn shall be commenced after take-off untill 500 feet agl so if you turn before that height except in an emergency or stress of weather ( and then why did you depart ) you could be in deep sh#t, or at least an invitation for tea and bickies with your local FOI.
