Try grabbing a copy of the Aerospace yearbook (Yaffa). They have a good listing of operators and their aircraft types, addresses and names etc.
I used the same yearbook over 15 years ago to target the right employers and it worked then...
Saved me a lot of stamps at least by not chasing companies that I obviously could not fly for.
