Mike - I tried calling the same number the ISP dials up on, from the house phone, and it worked. All Freeserve suggested was putting in the original CD & retrieving my account in order to reset the connection settings. As I explained above, that didn't work. I will try & pick up a more recent version of the CD at lunchtime today and see if that works.
