One of Bill Gates' annoying features is that he WONT let you unload IE - only lets you "go back to last revision" (if you've upgraded)
Nice way of ensuring that IE stays on any compute that was loaded with it (most that have WinDoze!), but annoying when you think it may be "burgered" and want to "delete-clean install:
