AIC 18-35 does not withdraw the Part 96 regulations that would have allowed NTCA/Ex-mil machines to do commercial work, it does however , state that the the powers that be are revisiting the whole chindig because they did not think it out in the first part. machines that already got approval (not the infamous Huey) may continue untill a fix can be found(Sound like half the new SA fixes does it not
