Hey there, I used to work for Virgin and the process is still the same. The interview (2-1) however, only lasted about 15 minutes. Q's such as
1)3 words to describe yourself, both good and bad (3 each) (positive inti a negative. (exp: not very good with money
2)Customer service Q's (define customer service etc)
3)Feelings about being away for long periods.
4)Situation where you have had a problem with a Supervisor/manager. How was it resolved? How did you feel? The idea of this one is to turn a negative into a positive. Never slag a team member off!!! Just say that you asked if anything was wrong and tried to establish the problem before it got any worse.
