Just because aircrew have a reputation for being cheapskates, let's hope that none of the "traditional" tricks are used to save $$$'s...things like filling a wine bladder full of spirits (hip flasks were also used once, but had limited capacity), and then ordering only ice..well actually some did occasionally splash out and order a Coke, come to think of it.

Pinky, how about posting the name(s) of any accomodation you come up with. I have just called the Norman, but they couldn't come up with anything nearby, and suggested East Brisbane - about 5 minutes away - might be the best bet.
