I worked for them in Filton in ops and crew control and then when they moved to BOH. I have to say that the people who did the donkey work ie Ops/Crewing (what existed of it!) and flight crew were the most professional people I'd ever worked with, until it came to anyone with a management title.
I wont go into why I 'left' the company, but I will not break the law for anyone!! Being forced to give up your career or upsetting the CAA??? There's a question. I have a concience.
Yes I did go down the road of an industrial tribunal but the aviation industry is a small one and decided it wasn't worth the agro as it was a period in my life I would quite happily forget!
Its a sad state of affairs and I hope for the real people in the airline they get it sorted.
So what comes around-goes around!!
