I doubt that 4% over 1.5 years (0.16% above RPI inflation) will do much to aid retention.
Its a bit depressing that the nations fastest growing most profitable airline is only willing to offer an inflation only payrise.
If only more pilots would join the Union then there is no reason at all why BA and better T&C's could be 'agreed'. Too many pilots are greedy, lazy, illogically union hating to get off their backsides and join I guess.
If EZY up'd the ante then other UK airlines would have to follow.
