Yes the gypsy...as we all this day and age..the jury is still out as I mentioned it would be until all the evidence is weighed, and it seems all the evidence has not been presented here..need i file a discovery motion? Cant provide a ruling/opinion until all the facts pertaining to the case are presented to the court....
