If you go to the bottom of the Freight Dogs page and type 'loadmaster' in the search box, you will find a great number of previous posts which will give you some idea of the present status of loadmaster recruitment. Subcontract from an agency is very unlikely however. Perhaps he was referring to loaders not loadmasters.
