Yes life in eJ is far from perfect. Many of the comments here may seem overly optimistic to you, but some of us just want to balance the exaggerated negativity displayed by some.
Nothing will improve significantly at eJ, until we can get more people represented by the union. The apathy of nearly 50% of the pilots, is what the management thrive on.
