Here we go again!
Everybody wants what is best and hope for much needed improvement to working practises.
You cannot sit there, if we are in the same company , and choose to see things only from what seems to me a brainwashed point of view ( or maybe you are doing the brainwashing? ).
The assumption that it is the same everywhere else is not quite true.
I never thought much of Ryanair air or easy jet for that matter prior to joining but you will be surprised to know that I do enjoy my job here like you do, that is is the reason why I crave for the simple changes for me to regard it as a carrer airline ( which it is not at the moment!).
The people at Ryanair must be in the position we can envy.
It is apparent that they are happy with their lot even though they are worked hard.
NOW! THAT IS THE POSITION WE WANT TO GET TO. AS OF NOW WE ARE ONLY RUNNING A DISTANT SECOND.
What a shame for an airline that has so much potential
