I, and nearly everyone I know, really enjoys eJ. It is a good company to work for. But I reckon it's a little like buying a new Porsche, but the speedo doesn't work. Whatever you do you can't get it fixed. And so people focus on it....
There appear to be a diversity of opinions here, because the job varies by base, and by seat. Some have lots of 6 sector days, other long 4 sector days. Captains are being moved all over the country in some bases and F/Os don't get enough flying in others. My post above was just to highlight that 3 earlies then 3 lates (as we all know) can be very tiring.
And so crews think "if only they could just fix xxx".... Which has to be a good sign really, doesn't it?
