Have a GOOD think about this week, so far:
Day 1: 0600 - 1300 (alarm at 0430)
Day 2: 0510 - 1230 (alarm at 0340)
Day 3: 0600 - 1530 (alarm at 0430)
I got home at 1615 and slept from 1700 to 0530 (!)
Day 4: 1500 - 0130 (slept 0230 to 0830)
Bear in mind your body will fall asleep at 1800 or so. How do you feel like doing a very tricky approach onto a very short r/w at 0100? After 8.5 hours awake and then 10 hours work, including 2 aircraft swaps?
Day 5: 1330 - .... ?
I don't believe that anyone can do this without feeling tired. I'm no moaner, I love hard work, I like eJ and its people, but I'm absolutely totally and utterly shattered.
