It's a bit of a vicious cycle, people leave, GF are forced to hire contractors which usually do come in at a higher bidding, then more people get upset and leave..what to do? The mgment have addressed the issue, and increases are on the way, some effective 30 april, some more over time..hopefully this will stabilize the outflow of crews..some will leave regardless...meanwhile enjoy the overtime
