Job strategy for the 21st Century?
1. "Mentally" Quit you job
2. Do your current job as professionally and conscientiously as possible (Reason? Track Record etc)
3. Whilst in the current job look for the next one - best to move when YOU chose to rather than have it forced on you by "down-sizing", "consolidation" (= being sacked), company failure etc etc.
Strategy applies to all employers however happy you might be at the moment!
