While not trying to upset anyone here, remember EuroFleet LGW is a subsidary of BA and T&C are different to Main Line-WW LGW/LHR and EuroFleet LHR.
EF LGW crews have been slowly been transfered up to EF LHR most having been at LGW for 3-4 years. The history of EF LGW is the remains of Dan Air and the purchase of City Flyer Express. CFE crews were merged in with EF while CFE crews kept both their rank and seniority, EF LGW crews keep nothing when they transfer to LHR.
When CFE was taken over by BA some crews shall we say had great plans that they would do WW LGW...
The remains of EF LGW are a lot of ex City Flyer crews.
