Again, UNEASY seems to hitting the nail on the head.
The first couple of years, flying for the orange shed really is a pretty good job although pilot management could be improved.(They tend to jump into disciplinary procedures far too quickly).
However, after 3+ years with the company on a 6/3, I would like check back with some of the new guys and ask them then about their life (or lack there of...) and overriding feeling of tiredness.
